Entries are now open at http://www.oentries.com/ for the saturday Edinburgh city race hosted by EUOC. There will be long, short and childrens' courses (about 7-8km, 4-5km and 2km respectively.) The Sunday will also be the JOK Chasing Sprint. More details to follow. Hope to see you there!

Saturday 24th - Street Race
***Assembly area has been confirmed for the Commonwealth Pool, the start will be closeby (a few hundred metres) and the finish is adjacent. Buses 30, 14 and 33 from the town centre all stop directly outside the pool. Also the X48, which is the park and ride from Sheriffhall stops there. This will start and finish in the centre of Edinburgh, racing through intricate parts of the famous Old Town, university and the Parliament buildings. It will be a fast, exciting racing on a newly surveyed map of Edinburgh.
Courses: Two courses will be on offer, a long of about 8km and a short of about 4km. Along with these two there will be a short white/yellow course for younger children.
As this event is part of the Urban League, please enter the following courses:
Long: M open, W open, M40+
Short: Junior, W40+, M/W55+

Sunday 25th - District Event & SoSOL
This will be held on Holyrood Park, otherwise known as Arthur's Seat, located right in the centre of Edinburgh. It is one of the season's South of Scotland O-League events, and there will be a full range of colour coded courses on offer, along with a string course. The area includes intricate contours, along with the open hilltops and spectacular views over Edinburgh.

Saturday Night Ceilidh
To make a full weekend of it, there will be a ceilidh held on the Saturday night with live music and a bar. Not to be missed, what better way is there to enjoy the evening separating the races! There will also be some Burn's night related themes including poems, piping, haggis etc. Tickets are available via oentries and on the night on the door.
